2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use services on betji, you must be 21 years of age or older. Creating an account for minors is strictly prohibited. We may request necessary documentation for age verification at any time.
2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering an account. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure, and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per individual or household address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
2.4 Identity Verification
To ensure a safe platform, betji reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested for this purpose.
3. Account Management
3.1 Password Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Choose a strong password and do not share it with anyone. You are liable for all activities carried out through your account.
3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited
Your betji account is entirely personal. Selling, transferring, or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Suspicious Activity
If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately at [email protected]. betji may temporarily suspend an account immediately upon detecting suspicious activity.

4.1 Deposit Terms
All deposits must be made through approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
Deposits made through third parties are not permitted. Funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals are processed usually within 1 hour after verification. Additional verification may be required for larger withdrawal amounts.
betji only processes withdrawals via the same method originally used to make the deposit. Withdrawals may be held while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
4.3 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
betji offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000
- Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳22,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse
Abuse of the bonus system — such as using multiple accounts, claiming bonuses from multiple devices or IP addresses, or applying low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements — is a violation of these Terms. betji reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts in such cases.
5.4 VIP Program
betji VIP members enjoy various benefits including weekly cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback
You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play. The specific benefits and cashback rates for each tier are subject to change.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
betji believes in fair play. All our games are operated through verified software providers, and every outcome is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault or disconnection, betji reserves the right to review or void the result of the relevant round. The applicable bet amount will be refunded in such cases.
6.3 Game Restrictions

7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betji platform:
- Creating an account for a minor or playing on their behalf
- Creating or using multiple accounts
- Using false, outdated, or another person's identity information
- Coordinated betting strategies intended to abuse bonuses
- Hacking, cheating, or using automation tools on the platform's software
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Transacting through third parties or transferring accounts
- Fraudulent behaviour towards other users
Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate permanent account closure, and all balances may be forfeited.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 betji's Authority
betji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms.
8.2 Closure at User's Request
If you wish to close your account, email [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to the applicable terms before the account is closed.
8.3 Balance During Suspension
If an account is suspended during an investigation, the balance will be held. Once the investigation is complete, betji will take appropriate action and the user will be informed of the outcome.
